Captain Marvel

Ok first is first, I'm clear that they haven't planned this movie for a long time. They tried to insert this character just to start a new phase for MCU. Visual effects and 90's nostalgia is the only thing i enjoyed in this movie. This movie didn't do anything to me. I didn't know who is #BrieLarson until this movie and I'm pretty sure she didn't do justice to this character. Kind of felt like a miscast. Looked so beautiful though. Couldn't see Brie as #CarolDanvers till the end of the movie. There was no character arc in this movie. She started as a powerful character and ended as a powerful character. Ben Mendelsohn is the best part of the movie and I'm not surprised. He's one of the current best actor in industry. #NickFury shines better and fun. #GooseTheCat is ❤️
But the back story of Nick Fury losing his one eye was so stupid and totally disrespectful to his character arc. You will know when you see it. Movie was not boring but I didn't like it. The writing was so poor and i couldn't connect with her emotionally. I was totally silent while watching so many scenes were i (as a comic fan) was supposed to shout (happily) like hell. Watchable/Not repeat watchable movie. Go watch this movie without any MCU level expectation. Hope this doesn't affect my Endgame experience. My lowest score for an MCU movie after Thor2 and GOTG2. #CaptainMarvel
